This Contract Attorney Jobs in Atlanta, GA (the “Agreement”) entered into by between the Employer the Contractor (collectively referred as the “Parties”) as of the date the Contractor`s acceptance a job offer.

Whereas, the Employer is in need of legal expertise on a contractual basis and the Contractor possesses the necessary qualifications and experience to fulfill the job requirements; and

Whereas, both Parties desire to enter into a formal agreement to outline the terms and conditions of the contractual engagement;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the Parties hereto, the Employer and the Contractor agree as follows:

1. Scope Work

The Contractor shall provide legal services as may be reasonably required by the Employer, including but not limited to contract review, legal research, and drafting of legal documents.

The Contractor shall perform the services in a timely and professional manner, and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Compensation

In consideration for the services rendered by the Contractor, the Employer shall pay the Contractor a mutually agreed upon hourly rate or flat fee, as specified in the job offer.

The Contractor shall submit detailed invoices to the Employer for any and all services rendered, and the Employer shall make payment within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

3. Independent Contractor

It is expressly agreed that the Contractor is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the Employer.

The Contractor shall be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, including but not limited to income taxes and self-employment taxes, arising from the compensation received under this Agreement.

4. Termination

5. Governing Law
